Eligibility Requirement
(A)
I. A Degree in Computing with First Class or Second Class Honours in the Upper Division from a University or an Institution recognized by the UGC;
OR
II. A Master’s Degree in Computing from a University or an Institution recognized by the UGC;
AND
III. is successful in the Qualifying Test (a General Computing Test) and the Preliminary Proposal Defense:

(B)
A student who has already been registered for the PhD Degree Programme in the School shall be permitted to downgrade his/her registration for the MPhil Degree Programme by satisfying the procedures and requirements as prescribed by these By-Laws and/or any other relevant By-Laws, and/or Regulations and/or Rules.
Duration
According to the Degree of Master of Philosophy in Computing By-Laws No 1 of 2020.
Full Time – Minimum – 2 Years/ Maximum – 4 Years
Part Time – Minimum – 3 Years/ Maximum – 6 Years
