The Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management is considered the second level and second year of the BA (Hons) Degree Programme conducted by National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in collaboration with well reputed Coventry University, UK. This12-monthh programme expose students to a wide range of advanced subjects in Human Resource Management, most of them being applications of the knowledge they have gained in the Advanced National Diploma level. This level leads participants with an opportunity to obtain a world recognized Degree qualification.
