Introduction

Today industries, markets and organizations are becoming more competitive than before and as a result today’s industry demands more dynamic, creative, passionate team players who can render the greatest contribution to organization and achieve the business targets.

In order to obtain the potential contribution from employees, it is not enough to develop their technical competencies, it is essential to develop the applied skills of the individuals.

The way employees think, perceive their work, their team building skills and the leadership qualities depicted could change the level of the employee performance. Hence, touching the behavioral aspects of employees is an effective way of developing the applied skills of employees to discover their potential at the work place.

Purpose

The purpose of this program is to make an inspirational influence on participants which in turn will change them to acquire and utilize applied skills necessary to perform their job roles productively.
